• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

5. Gym Partnerships

Gyms and fitness centers that register on FitConnect agree to:

• Provide accurate business information
• Maintain valid business licenses and certifications
• Honor membership terms as advertised on the platform
• Provide safe and hygienic facilities
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Payments and Refunds

Payment terms and refund policies are governed by individual gym policies and our Refund Policy. FitConnect acts as a payment facilitator and is not responsible for disputes between members and gyms regarding services rendered.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by FitConnect and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

9. Disclaimers

FitConnect is not responsible for:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FITCONNECT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FitConnect, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
